How far are you from Fort Lauderdale or Miami Airport ?
We are 15 minutes drive from Fort Lauderdale and 45 minutes from Miami airports.
Do you have a pool ?
We have a large pool located in the center courtyard and is heated year round.
How far are you from the beach ?
Many places advertise walking distance to the beach. Whether it's 2 miles or 2 yards, they are both walking distance, but we really are 1 minute walk from the beach and only 15 minutes walk to the gay beach.
What types of rooms do you have ?
There are three types of rooms available. Hotel rooms which have King-Size beds, Efficiencies which have either King-Size or 2 Queen size beds and also a kitchen area with either stove or microwave. Next we have the largest of the three, a suite with separate bedroom with a King-Size bed, there are also Queen-Size pullout sofa beds in the living room area, and a kitchen. The Efficiencies and Suites all have music centers for your cd's and tapes. Of course all rooms have Private Bathrooms, Cable TV, Air Conditioning, Digital Direct Dial Phones with data ports, Refrigerators and Coffee making facilities.
What else is included in the room rate ?
Your room rate also includes a continental breakfast consisting of Coffee, Orange Juice, Bagels, English Muffins, Cereals, Milk, Fruit etc. Coffee making facilities are in your room too.
Is clothing optional ?
Clothing is optional around the pool area.
What type of clientele do you have ?
Our clientele is male only (although we have had our suspicions about 1 or 2 !!! ). Age varies and we can never really tell who will be in the hotel for the dates you choose. Many hotels will advertise a younger or older crowd but as we know they can never be specific. Sometimes we have a young crowd, sometimes more mature and sometimes mixed.
How far are you from the Bars ?
The Bars and Clubs in Fort Lauderdale are all over the city. Most of them are within 10 - 15 minutes drive from the hotel. No matter where you choose to stay, some form of transport would be recommended although remember, when you go to the beach, you can leave your car at the hotel!
