POLICIES
All rates are based on double occupancy (two people in 1 room). There is a charge of $20 per night for each additional person. Special rates apply during certain holidays. Rates are subject to sales and tourist tax (currently 11%) and are payable in full upon arrival. Rates subject to change without notice. Deposit for reservations is 33% or 1 night minimum, whichever is the greater. For December 20th - January 3rd a deposit in the amount of 50% is required and there is a minimum stay of 7 nights if the dates include December 25th and January 31st. Deposit, minus a $20 cancellation fee, is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. For reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, deposits cannot be returned. We accept Travellers checks, American Express, Visa and Mastercard ONLY. Personal checks and money orders can only be accepted for deposit amount and must be received a maximum two weeks after making reservation and a minimum two weeks prior to arrival date. For pets there is a one time charge of $10. Check-in time is 2pm - 8pm (please arrange if you are arriving after 8pm), Check-out time is 11am. Complimentary continental breakfast is available daily. Wheelchair accessable accommodations are available - please call to arrange. There are no refunds for early checkout. Checkout dates may not be reduced at checkin time. A valid credit card is required at checkin even if balance has been paid in full prior to arrival. Credit cards used for deposits at time of making reservation must be presented if requested. Local calls are charged at $0.35c for the first minute and $0.02c for each additional minute including toll free numbers. Long distance charges are posted in all rooms. All phone charges are subject to change without notice. Lost key charges are currently $50.00. When keys are lost, locks are replaced.
